I'm Em, a UX designer who gets equally excited about user research methodologies and hands-on problem-solving. My background spans customer service, operations and technical work, meaning I bring both strategic thinking and a knack for figuring out how things actually work.
Currently studying Digital Product Design at University of Canterbury, and interning as a Junior Design Engineer at Tait Communications during university breaks, I focus on user-centred design for complex systems. From research to interface design to working on my car, I'm driven by the same curiosity: understanding how things work, why they fail, and how to make them better.
